AI-native Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the creation of add-ins and integrations within our primary automation platform.

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Software Partnerships to establish the vision for the marketplace.

• Attend weekly all-hands and development meetings.

• Participate in partner calls to aid in the planning of integrations.

• Engage in backlog refinement and sprint reviews to ensure alignment of work.

• Continuously deliver value to customers through integration projects.

• Increase responsibility for complex integrations and provide mentorship to colleagues over time.

• In-depth knowledge of developing add-ins, plugins, or integrations for intricate software systems.

• Experience managing multiple integration projects with external clients while overseeing stakeholders as a Software Engineer in a SCRUM team.

• An AI-native mindset coupled with a desire to continuously learn and enhance your skills.

• Practical experience with PLM systems, CRM platforms, CAD, or FEA tools.

• Strong expertise in C# and C++ programming languages.

• Excellent algorithmic thinking and logical reasoning abilities.

• Capable of working independently with a high level of autonomy.

• Effective communicator in English, skilled at conveying technical concepts clearly.
