AI-Native Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will play a pivotal role in developing the product, guiding it from conception to reality.

• Create and develop full-stack systems from the ground up, taking ownership of features from initial idea to final production.

• Function as an AI-native engineer, leveraging tools such as Copilot, Gemini, Cursor, Claude, and agent-based workflows as integral components of the development process.

• Reimagine conventional development workflows by incorporating AI, including aspects such as debugging, testing, documentation, and code generation.

• Quickly prototype and launch features, transforming vague concepts into functioning products within hours or days.

• Design and establish foundational product systems, including APIs, authentication, onboarding, and payment processes.

• Regularly assess and incorporate new AI capabilities, pinpointing opportunities where agents, automation, or LLM-driven features can enhance both the product and internal operations.

• Implement modern engineering practices from the outset, tailored for speed, iterative growth, and maintainability in an AI-enhanced development setting.

• Collaborate in a dynamic, high-ownership startup environment, where you are encouraged to take initiative, question assumptions, and act swiftly without waiting for complete specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mastery of at least one programming language.

• Proficiency in Node.js, particularly for managing the OpenClaw gateway.

• Familiarity with LangGraph (required for stateful orchestration) or CrewAI.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and pgvector or Supabase for cross-channel identity resolution.

• Knowledge of Docker for agent sandboxing and GitHub Actions.

• Capability to deconstruct ambiguous challenges into structured prompts, workflows, or tasks that AI tools can efficiently execute.

• Experience in building multi-agent loops that feature 'self-correction' and 'tool-calling.'

• Experience utilizing MCP to securely connect LLMs to local data and third-party APIs.

• Competence in debugging, testing, and validating complex systems to ensure reliability and seamless integrations across services.

• Proficiency in LangSmith or Arize Phoenix for analyzing agent 'thought' patterns.

• Extensive experience with Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet) and Tavily AI.

• Background in AI-augmented development environments, employing tools like Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar to significantly enhance development productivity.

• Strong decision-making skills when engaging with AI-generated code.
