• Familiarity with Back End Development frameworks like Spring, Flyway, and Quarkus is not required for beginners.

• Interest and basic understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence are advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities and mathematics skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Accountability through established metrics and performance indicators.

• Outstanding time management skills.

• Resourceful with a troubleshooting mindset while being results-driven.
