📋 Description

• Collaborate with AI products of Laba Group

• Assess topics and product hypotheses identified by AI

• Verify and challenge AI results

• Select strong lecturers

• Negotiate to reach final agreements

• Ensure the online course program meets the required quality standards

• Together with AI, create high-quality educational products that align with current market demand

• Balance market relevance, product quality, and speed of launch

• Evaluate AI outcomes, make final decisions, work with lecturers, and deliver a high-quality product

⛳️ Requirements

• Product mindset: ability to view topics from the perspective of the market and audience, distinguishing an interesting idea from a product currently needed by the market

• Strong judgment: working with large amounts of generated information, identifying strong signals and contradictions, making decisions without complete certainty

• Speed in researching and creating programs, determining a sufficiently strong outcome for the next step

• High standards of quality and the ability to quickly spot a weak concept, an insufficiently strong lecturer, or an ineffective program

• Negotiation and communication skills with founders, C-level executives, and industry experts

• Quick mastery of AI products and their use as primary working tools

• Ability to properly direct AI systems and validate their conclusions

• Capability to identify weaknesses and provide feedback for flow improvement

• Avoid manually performing tasks that AI can already handle, and do not delegate final decision-making to AI

• Preferred: experience in creating educational or digital products

• Preferred: experience in negotiations

• Preferred: experience in startups or other dynamic environments

• Preferred: working with AI products, agents, or automated processes
