AI Marketing & Communications Specialist – AI Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, communications, events, and promotional activities.

• Aid in the creation and updating of marketing collateral, presentations, email communications, and digital content.

• Oversee project timelines, task tracking, approvals, and the distribution of marketing materials.

• Organize logistics for webinars, conferences, internal meetings, and client-facing events.

• Keep organized files, templates, contact lists, and campaign materials using relevant technology tools.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect information and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Monitor marketing activities and assist in reporting on campaign performance and operational support requirements.

• Provide daily administrative and production support for the marketing function.

• Support the growth strategy of CBIZ Technology's AI Advisory & Transformation and assist the client-facing AI team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is necessary.

• Required licenses must be obtained and maintained.

• Professional certifications relevant to the area of expertise must be achieved.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.

• Presentation skills are mandatory.

• Proficient use of relevant technology is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels, both internally and externally, are needed.

• Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements is expected.

• Preferred: An Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting marketing initiatives within professional services, technology, or B2B environments.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, marketing platforms, and collaboration tools.

• Preferred: Experience in event coordination, campaign support, or content production.

• Preferred: A keen interest in AI, emerging technology, and B2B marketing.
