AI & Management Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide authoritative responses to learners' inquiries regarding AI-driven project management, change management, and tools like Copilot, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

• Enhance and expand training content via live kick-off events, peer-learning sessions, on-demand mentoring, and personalized learning support.

• Assist executives and project managers in developing business cases, stakeholder mapping, and implementing change initiatives.

• Evaluate and assess final projects to determine the success of training completion.

• Create, prepare, and further enhance learning materials focused on AI-driven project management, knowledge management, and adoption tracking.

• Ensure the quality of current training programs and provide constructive feedback to the Learning Team.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions on leadership, stakeholder communication, and change management.

• Offer support to new team members.

• Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, Learning Team, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Actively participate in the ongoing development of the new AI for Leaders & Project Managers training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business, project management, or a related discipline (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, business psychology), or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in leading projects, teams, or programs, preferably within technical or industrial organizations.

• Practical experience with AI tools for knowledge workers (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Copilot Studio).

• Background in change management, stakeholder communication, and business case development.

• Familiarity with AI governance topics (EU AI Act, Responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop principles).

• Teaching experience in delivering leadership and management training to executives and project managers.

• Understanding of instructional design principles in adult education and online learning.

• Strong customer service orientation, empathy, clear communication skills, and a culture of constructive feedback.

• Hands-on approach, team spirit, resilience, and adaptability.

• Proficient in German and English (minimum C1 level).

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany.
