AI Learning & Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable AI learning programs, curricula, and training resources.

• Assist in enablement initiatives across various platforms and workflows, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT Enterprise.

• Conduct engaging workshops, training sessions, and practical enablement experiences.

• Develop learning materials such as prompt libraries, job aids, playbooks, guides, assessments, and LMS-based content.

• Collaborate with internal teams and enterprise clients to promote AI adoption and facilitate user enablement efforts.

• Simplify complex AI concepts into practical and accessible learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Aid in change management and adoption strategies.

• Continuously explore AI tools and remain up-to-date with advancing AI technologies.

• Proficient in instructional design and course development.

• Practical experience with AI tools.

• Comfortable presenting in front of an audience, whether virtual or in-person.

• Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms.

• Background in change management.
