This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +37 more states.
• Evaluate business processes, workflows, customer journeys, and operational challenges in collaboration with organizational leaders
• Detect workflow inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, unnecessary handoffs, and opportunities for automation
• Deconstruct complex business issues into manageable components and develop practical solutions through rapid experimentation
• Examine product usage, operational, and customer data to identify trends, risks, adoption patterns, and business opportunities
• Create dashboards, reports, queries, and repeatable analyses
• Integrate multiple data sources to evaluate customer experience and operational performance
• Communicate clear, actionable insights to business leaders
• Utilize AI platforms, automation tools, APIs, and analytical technologies to address business challenges
• Design and prototype AI assistants, prompts, lightweight applications, and automated workflows
• Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Document, scale, and evaluate solutions using metrics focused on productivity, customer experience, adoption, issue resolution, and effort reduction
• Share insights and best practices with stakeholders
• Exercise judgment regarding data privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI usage
• Engage in training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring opportunities
• Enhance Client Services operations and customer experience, with potential to broaden impact throughout the organization
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, mathematics, a related field, or equivalent self-directed experience
• Early-career consulting-style profile; demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and hands-on experimentation with AI and automation
• Background in business, consulting, or program management with a strong ability to decompose complex problems into frameworks and simplified processes is highly preferred
• A builder’s mindset with demonstrated personal or professional experimentation using AI and automation tools
• Capability to transform ambiguous problems into actionable solutions
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
• Experience with, or ability to rapidly learn, product analytics tools such as Pendo
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Experience in creating prompts, workflows, custom assistants, or AI-enabled solutions
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to non-technical business partners
• Sound judgment when dealing with sensitive company, customer, or employee information
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record in resolving complex issues
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong capacity to collaborate in a team environment
