AI Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• AI Solution Design & Development: Take the lead in designing and constructing comprehensive AI solutions, including agents, multi-step workflows, and various integrations.

• Platform Configuration & Administration: Oversee the configuration and management of AI platform environments, encompassing agent deployment, knowledge base architecture, data connector setup, access controls, and workspace organization.

• Data Orchestration & Integration: Facilitate the connection, shaping, and management of data pipelines linking business systems (Salesforce, Totango, Jira, Redshift, Snowflake) with the AI platform.

• Technical Problem-Solving & Debugging: Independently identify and resolve intricate issues throughout the AI solution stack.

• System Integration & Extensibility: Augment platform capabilities via existing integration frameworks and create custom connectivity solutions as necessary.

• Workflow & Automation Development: Craft and implement automated workflows and multi-step processes within AI platforms.

• Program Champion Enablement: Collaborate with program champions embedded in Proofpoint's Services teams.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and sustain feature documentation, SOPs, and capability guides.

• Business Consulting & Opportunity Identification: Actively assess business workflows to pinpoint AI opportunities.

• AI Landscape Evaluation: Monitor advancements across the broader AI landscape and assess how emerging tools influence the team's operations.

• Performance Monitoring: Supervise the performance of AI solutions and independently identify areas for improvement.

• A 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4–7 years of experience in a technical, business consulting, or AI integration role.
