AI Implementation Specialist – Automation, Client Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain AI-driven workflows for both internal operations and client initiatives.

• Create automations utilizing AI tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.

• Set up scalable automation ecosystems that link various software platforms.

• Enhance workflows to minimize manual tasks and boost operational efficiency.

• Diagnose automation failures and enhance existing solutions.

• Establish integrations among CRMs, project management tools, communication platforms, databases, and AI services.

• Set up API connections, webhooks, and custom integrations.

• Implement secure architectures for automation.

• Assess and suggest AI and automation tools based on client needs.

• Analyze client business processes to pinpoint automation prospects.

• Engage in technical client discussions to collect requirements and articulate solutions.

• Convert business challenges into actionable AI implementations.

• Propose automation strategies that align with client goals and budgets.

• Investigate AI tools and implementation techniques.

• Prototype automation functions prior to full production deployment.

• Recommend new services and technical enhancements.

• Document workflows, automation architectures, and implementation protocols.

• Develop reusable templates and standardized implementation frameworks.

• Create internal best practices for AI implementations and client onboarding.

• Sustain technical documentation for long-term scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building automations, system integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.

• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms.

• Experience in implementing AI solutions that extend beyond prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with integrating multiple SaaS applications into automated workflows.

• Experience with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, Claude, OpenAI, MCP frameworks, or similar technologies.

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and SaaS integrations.

• Strong grasp of Large Language Models and practical AI implementation beyond prompt engineering.

• Experience in connecting CRM systems, cloud applications, databases, and business software via scalable automation.

• Ability to document technical workflows, system architecture, and implementation protocols.

• Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Notion or Obsidian.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple implementation projects with meticulous attention to detail.

• Availability to work between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET.
