This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, enhance, and scale business workflows utilizing Salesforce Flow, routing logic, and orchestration frameworks.
• Create automations that minimize manual tasks for sellers, recruiters, and operational teams.
• Transform business processes into intelligent automation workflows that enhance speed, quality, and consistency.
• Assist in the deployment and operational integration of Agentforce-enabled workflows, next-best-action logic, and AI-driven processes for sellers.
• Develop repeatable automation frameworks that can be standardized across Direct Hire, Staffing, VMS Staffing, and new service lines.
• Identify gaps in data quality, enrichment, duplicate accounts, and signal readiness that affect automation performance.
• Establish SLA-based triggers, alerts, and escalation paths to enhance speed-to-lead and consistency in follow-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Recruiting, Operations, IT, and external partners to refine automation priorities and execution strategies.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, runbooks, process standards, and operational governance practices.
• Conduct automation experiments to boost conversion rates, adoption, workflow reliability, and seller productivity.
• 4–8 years of experience in Salesforce operations, RevOps, GTM systems, workflow orchestration, automation operations, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow, routing logic, lead lifecycle automation, and scalable automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to design operational workflows that address business challenges, reduce manual workload, and support growth initiatives.
• Preferred experience with Agentforce, Einstein, AI workflows, conversational automation, or related AI-enabled business tools.
• Comfort with concepts of lead and account data quality, enrichment gaps, signal quality, and automation readiness.
• Familiarity with sales, recruiting, staffing, or GTM lifecycle processes and operational SLAs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, high agency, and capacity to work independently across business and technical teams.
• Skill in articulating automation concepts in clear business terms and collaborating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
