AI Growth Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Your position will be pivotal to our success as the PLG team has already developed AI-native growth infrastructure — including AI Voice Caller and AI Sequencer — that is operational and yielding results. We now require an individual focused on enhancing these tools, discovering new automation opportunities throughout the customer journey, and minimizing the necessity for human interactions from acquisition to cross-sell.

• Each human interaction that is automated lowers CAC and boosts self-serve conversion rates.

• This position also acts as a force multiplier for the SDR team: quicker feedback loops, improved tools, reduced manual tasks, and enhanced conversion across various markets.

• Grasped the existing PLG infrastructure, including AI Sequencer, AI Voice Caller, and current acquisition processes.

• Pinpointed the most significant automation opportunities across acquisition, activation, and qualification.

• Delivered enhancements to current AI workflows or internal PLG tools.

• Developed a clear method to assess automation coverage, experiment velocity, and time saved for SDRs.

• Initiated the documentation of experiments and insights so the team can progress more swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Has developed AI-driven tools, workflows, or automations — proof required via a link, demo, or detailed description.

• Proficient with no-code/low-code AI tools such as n8n, Make, WhatsApp Business API, or voice AI platforms.

• Resourceful and entrepreneurial — previous founder, indie hacker, serial builder, or someone who regularly creates from the ground up.

• Business-focused: links work to conversion rates, pipeline results, CAC, SQL rates, or efficiency improvements.

• Comfortable with prompt engineering and refining AI-generated content.

• Fluent in English.

• Nice-to-have:

• Experience with AI voice/calling systems such as Bland AI, Vapi, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with HubSpot automation.

• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, or German.

• Background in early-stage B2B SaaS or fintech.

• Experience in RevOps, PLG, growth hacking, or performance-driven settings.

• Has launched personal products, side projects, or AI-powered tools.
