AI Growth Designer – Claude, Fable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Utilize Claude to swiftly generate, iterate, and deliver landing page content and layouts.

• Create visually striking landing pages in Fable from initial concept to final publication.

• Ensure the maintenance of consistent visual themes across client assets and variations.

• Collaborate with AI to craft and enhance copy that encourages action for diverse audiences and campaigns.

• Engage with clients to gather brand assets and guidelines for use in prompts.

• Develop a repository of prompts and other reusable components to boost efficiency.

• Oversee the workflow from initial brief, through design and copy, before transitioning to publishing.

• Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure pages align with campaign objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing design (landing pages, websites, apps, etc.).

• Practical experience utilizing Claude (or similar tools) to support design and copy tasks.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, US-based design agency or direct-to-consumer brand.

• A strong design portfolio that highlights landing pages and other digital marketing materials.

• A solid understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, layout, hierarchy, etc.).

• Proficiency in using Figma or similar low-code page builders to create professional landing pages.

• Demonstrated copywriting skills (blogs, landing pages, website content, etc.).

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and follow-through.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for C-level interactions.

• Availability to work full-time in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
