AI Graphic Designer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Create performance creatives and banners for paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.

• Design landing pages and email templates for transition to development teams.

• Develop social media visuals and brand assets that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Utilize AI image-generation and workflow tools to produce variations, adaptations, backgrounds, and assets that maintain a consistent style.

• Modify concepts across various sizes, formats, and platforms while ensuring visual and brand coherence.

• Work collaboratively with producers, requesters, and the lead designer to define tasks and align on the creative vision.

• Accept feedback and iterate swiftly through multiple revisions.

• Ensure brand consistency within a high-volume, fast-paced workflow.

• Deliver outputs in SLA mode, maintaining predictable turnaround times.

• Implement basic performance metrics awareness, such as CTR, CPA, and spend, to guide creative choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong graphic design fundamentals in composition, typography, color, and hierarchy, as evidenced by a portfolio.

• Proven experience with branding and applying brand guidelines in high-volume static design projects.

• Experience in designing digital formats, including performance creatives, landing pages, newsletters, and ad creatives.

• Capacity to adapt concepts across various sizes, formats, and platforms.

• Proficient in Figma, including skills in auto-layout, components, and libraries.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Practical experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, NanoBanana, Imagen, or similar.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and reference-based generation for production purposes.

• Familiarity with character/style consistency techniques like LoRA, IP-Adapter, or ControlNet is advantageous.

• Experience using AI to enhance production speed, including variations, adaptations, upscaling, background tasks, and style transfer.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Make, n8n, and Figma plugins is a bonus.

• Systematic approach to high-volume tasks and templating.

• Ability to organize source files and adhere to naming conventions and export formats.

• Capacity to operate in SLA mode with reliable timelines.

• Basic knowledge of After Effects is desirable.

• Proficiency in Russian.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
