• Create a process for the intake of AI use cases, which includes conducting AI impact assessments and classifying risks.

• Determine accountability when AI is employed, identifying model and use case owners in the business, as well as ensuring independent risk and compliance reviews and audit assurances.

• Define the governance framework for third-party and vendor AI, covering procurement standards, vendor evaluation criteria, contractual agreements, and ongoing assessments.

• Act as the main governance advisor to VP- and Director-level stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into practical governance commitments.

• Successful history of managing diverse stakeholders across governance, business, technical, and functional areas.

• Excellent executive communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders, articulating trade-offs, and facilitating decision-making.

• Ability to work closely with an in-house client team, balancing facilitation and hands-on execution.
