AI Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• In this role, you will become the expert in AI video production for the team, transforming creative concepts into scalable video assets while actively exploring innovative technologies.

• Utilize AI tools such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and other emerging platforms to generate video creatives.

• Convert creative briefs into AI-generated videos that effectively convey the intended marketing message, going beyond just visually appealing content.

• Produce multiple variations of each concept (including different hooks, avatars, styles, angles, etc.) to facilitate creative testing.

• Provide Motion Designers with well-structured assets, including clear context, campaign objectives, and production notes.

• Conduct independent reviews of generated content to ensure that only high-quality materials proceed to the production pipeline.

• Engage in ongoing research, experimentation, and evaluation of new AI video generation tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency.

• Work closely with Creative Marketing Specialists and Motion Designers throughout the creative production process.

• Play a key role in expanding Promova's capabilities in AI-powered creative production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience with AI-driven content or video generation.

• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana, or other similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of prompting techniques and the ability to achieve consistent, high-quality AI-generated outputs.

• Capability to interpret creative briefs and transform marketing hypotheses into engaging visual content.

• Exceptional attention to detail and robust quality standards.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple creative tasks at once.

• A curious mindset and a desire to continuously learn about new AI technologies.

• Proficient in English at a B1+ level for documentation and internal communication.
