AI Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Become the inaugural technical hire at a cider company that is making significant investments in AI. Create tools that propel the business forward.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each business function by collaborating with teams until you grasp their operational processes.

• Collaborate with department managers to devise technical solutions for challenges they have already pinpointed.

• Take the initiative to brainstorm solutions for unaddressed issues - including automations, data products, and integrations.

• Deliver results swiftly using AI coding tools and low/no-code platforms - managing the entire lifecycle from scoping to deployment.

• Maintain concise documentation so that non-technical colleagues can independently access information where appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, developing tangible, production-grade systems.

• AI-savvy - you are well-versed in tools like Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Copilot, leveraging AI as a productivity enhancer.

• Full-stack expertise in various programming languages - proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL at a minimum.

• Significant experience with low/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Retool, or similar tools.

• Proven track record of delivering real internal tools or CRMs from start to finish - covering frontend, backend, database, and deployment.

• Ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders effectively - capable of collaborating with a sales manager to develop a practical specification.

• Self-motivated and comfortable with asynchronous work - possessing excellent written communication and self-management skills.

• Bonus points for:

• Experience in small to mid-sized non-tech companies within CPG, beverage, food, or retail sectors.

• Knowledge in sales forecasting, demand planning, or time-series modeling.

• Familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar.

• Understanding of CPG data sources such as distributor sales data (VIP, iDig), Shopify, QuickBooks, and NetSuite.

• Developed personal projects utilizing AI tools - extra credit if you can showcase them.

• Background in data engineering or analytics.
