This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address specific issues arising from live Roblox games.

• Investigate the underlying reasons for these issues.

• Develop potential solutions utilizing AI, research, and personal judgment.

• Assess CTR, thumbnails, icons, retention, monetization, progression, UX, gameplay, and other relevant game aspects.

• Analyze competitors and broader behaviors within the Roblox platform.

• Generate and evaluate a multitude of ideas.

• Discard weaker ideas while continuing to explore beyond the obvious solutions.

• Clearly present the most viable solutions.

• Learn from the Creative Director's decision-making processes and intuition.

• Monitor implemented ideas and analyze the outcomes post-implementation.

• Enhance judgment based on actual performance results.

• Challenge existing assumptions as judgment evolves.

• Mentor future Frackers after consistently demonstrating strong performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Roblox native, possessing a genuine understanding of the Roblox platform, its players, culture, and game design.

• Familiarity with discovery, CTR, retention, progression, monetization, social systems, and Roblox player behavior.

• Relevant experience as a Roblox developer, game designer, product-focused Roblox creator, LiveOps designer, Roblox analyst, growth-oriented developer, or seasoned Roblox creator.

• Highly curious and capable of approaching problems from various angles.

• Proficient in utilizing AI as a tool for enhancing thought processes.

• Capable of generating numerous ideas while effectively eliminating weaker ones.

• Committed to measurable outcomes and the effectiveness of ideas.

• Comfortable receiving direct feedback, handling repeated rejection, and accepting mistakes.

• Able to operate without a predetermined checklist or explicit instructions.

• Must have substantial experience using AI.

• Application must detail Roblox experience, the Roblox games recognized and reasons for their significance, AI tools utilized, and an underperforming aspect of a successful Roblox game along with suggested improvements.
