• Experience as an early-stage operator with a proven history of building, selling, and navigating the health insurance and insurance technology landscape.
• You may have sold insurance products to SMB HR/benefit buyers, cultivated high-trust relationships with brokerages, and managed the sales cycle from start to finish before assembling a team to implement a tested playbook.
• You may have worked within a carrier, TPA, or self-insured structure with genuine ownership over plan design, stop-loss, or claims administration.
• The capability to attract, hire, and lead exceptional teams.
• A demonstrated enthusiasm for technology’s potential to transform the world.
• An aspiration to become a venture-backed founder.
• Based in Canada or the US, with the ability to collaborate within North American time zones.
• A $250K USD investment, along with a comprehensive fundraising playbook and network to secure your seed and Series A funding.
• A validation partner equipped with proven playbooks, networks, and systems to validate, identify your ideal customer profile (ICP), ignite your sales pipeline, and more.
