AI-First Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Utilize tools such as Claude Code or similar to design, implement, test, and launch end-to-end functionalities.

• Develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot, micro-frontends in React, and infrastructure on AWS.

• Write and execute automated tests to ensure system stability and production deployments.

• Work across the entire technology stack in a modern SaaS ERP platform powered by LLM agents.

• Design and make technical decisions in an agile environment with pods of 3 to 4 people.

• Report directly to the Engineering Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical and recent professional experience in building and launching software using AI programming agents (Claude Code or similar).

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering with Full-Stack expertise: Java/Spring Boot (or equivalent), React (or equivalent), and AWS.

• Proven ability to work autonomously with ambiguous requirements and independently research the necessary context to propose solutions.

• Proficiency in test automation and CI/CD tools (such as Vitest, Playwright, GitLab CI).

• Advanced English proficiency (Minimum B2 conversational) EXCLUSIVE.
