This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assist in account delivery using AI tools and agentic workflows as the standard approach.
• Take ownership of delegated tasks, priorities, and coordination requirements to ensure work proceeds without the need for constant reminders.
• Transform client requests and directions from Account Managers into well-defined tasks, responsible parties, handovers, open inquiries, and subsequent steps.
• Maintain a dependable account context that encompasses stakeholders, priorities, history, decisions, approvals, obstacles, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Ensure the account’s operational rhythm is sustained through meeting preparation, note-taking, action tracking, reporting, calendar management, and handovers.
• Create clear, client-ready summaries and updates.
• Engage in communication with Account Managers, service leads, collaborators, and clients.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of account objectives, stakeholders, services, contract context, strategy, creative goals, preferences, and quality standards.
• Make decisions, prioritize diverse tasks, and identify issues before escalating them.
• Safeguard the client experience by addressing timing, communication, gaps in information, processes, and follow-through challenges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and follow up on decisions, feedback, assets, approvals, and commitments.
• Maintain and enhance Airtable and related work systems, including data, statuses, views, interfaces, and workflows.
• Utilize approved AI tools and agents for research, meeting preparation, briefs, updates, summaries, quality assurance checks, dependency coordination, and reusable account memory.
• Provide AI tools with clear context, critically assess outputs, and take ownership of final deliverables.
• Convert effective methods into reusable skills and workflows, and instruct the team on successful practices.
• Proven experience in owning client, stakeholder, or operational delivery and transforming direction into dependable follow-through; this may be demonstrated through work, studies, or self-initiated projects.
• Friendly and confident spoken and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI tools and AI agents in work, studies, or personal projects.
• Capability to delegate, brief, review, and enhance entire work processes utilizing AI.
• Practical familiarity with Airtable or similar structured work systems such as Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or spreadsheets.
• Ability to maintain accurate data and useful views while enhancing workflows.
• Sound judgment to evaluate AI outputs against client context, brand standards, facts, and instructions.
• Systems-oriented mindset focused on designing and refining workflows.
• High levels of agency and ownership.
• Structured thinking ability to clarify ambiguity into clear inputs, outputs, owners, statuses, decisions, and subsequent steps.
• Keen attention to detail, organized documentation, and reliable self-proofing.
• Strong remote working practices and timely communication.
• Passion for AI and operational tools.
• Legal eligibility to work in South Africa, either without restrictions or through a visa.
• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time.
