AI Field Engineer – Strategic Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with strategic partner field teams and customer delivery initiatives.

• Create reference architectures and conduct performance benchmarks.

• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and engage in strategic discussions regarding business outcomes.

• Coordinate with partner stakeholders and convert insights into product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, partner engineering, forward-deployed, or technical consulting position.

• Proven ability to develop production software alongside customers rather than merely advising.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Practical experience with large language model (LLM) inference.

• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning techniques — LoRA at a minimum, with RFT as a significant advantage.

• Strong knowledge of the Azure AI ecosystem.

• Outstanding communication abilities.
