This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The Director of AI and Experience Orchestration spearheads strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with core account teams to enhance the adoption of Genesys' native AI and Experience Orchestration capabilities.
• This position requires extensive knowledge in AI-driven customer experience, assisting clients in transforming business objectives into significant AI use cases that yield measurable results.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in AI and facilitate in-depth discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Engage effectively with senior executives and C-level leaders, orchestrating complex opportunities across both internal and external teams.
• Influence and shape deal strategies by closely partnering with account executives to aid in territory planning, pipeline development, opportunity advancement, and forecasting.
• Propel the execution of programs within the Genesys AI portfolio, including sales initiatives and enablement projects.
• Act as a reliable subject matter expert and exemplify best practice sales techniques that enhance the capabilities of the broader team.
• Provide direct support for positioning, presentations, pricing, proposals, and other essential materials associated with Genesys AI and Experience Orchestration.
• Lead customer workshops that define AI use cases, prioritization frameworks, and pilot projects.
• Serve as the customer advocate by gathering insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, customer success, and professional services.
• Identify strategic priorities and establish AI-driven opportunity pathways aligned with customer goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Extensive subject matter expertise in AI, pre-sales, and customer experience technology, accompanied by outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in sales overlay, specialist, or subject matter expert roles.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in software, cloud, or AI-related positions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI-driven customer experience and conversational AI solutions.
• Capability to influence without direct authority while collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve results.
• Experience in coordinating and executing AI proofs of concept.
• Ability to develop effective territory and account strategies that align with growth objectives.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills, serving as a persuasive subject matter expert.
