This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement role-based AI governance frameworks and access control models tailored for physicians, APPs, fellows, and residents.
• Develop strategies for provider enablement and adoption, focusing on competency-based access methods and considerations for residency training.
• Establish policies, procedures, and operational standards for AI-assisted clinical workflows, documentation processes, and provider accountability.
• Create monitoring, quality assurance, and oversight processes to assess AI performance, adoption rates, and clinical impact.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, compliance, informatics, and executive stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals and risk parameters.
• Lead governance discussions, stakeholder workshops, and executive presentations to communicate AI strategy and implementation plans.
• Assist in workflow integration, change management, communication, and adoption planning throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Offer recommendations for sustainable governance and operational models that facilitate long-term expansion of AI initiatives within the organization.
• 5–10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, clinical operations, healthcare IT, informatics, or EMR implementation.
• Experience in transforming clinical workflows, supporting provider documentation initiatives, or implementing healthcare technology adoption programs.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare governance, policy creation, and organizational change management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with physician leaders, operational stakeholders, and executive teams effectively.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Preferred experience with AI governance, responsible AI initiatives, or clinical AI implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner) workflows, clinical documentation, and technologies that support providers.
• Knowledge of graduate medical education (GME), residency training programs, and clinical supervision requirements.
• Experience in developing clinical policies, operational procedures, or quality oversight frameworks in healthcare environments.
