This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Designing and improving AI-driven chatbots for customer engagement in billing, sales, and technical support to diminish the need for human agents.
• Streamlining business processes to enhance operational efficiency utilizing AI technologies.
• Assisting in the development and upkeep of scalable AI infrastructures and incorporating new machine learning techniques and large language models (LLMs) as needed.
• Assessing and utilizing various AI models, including LLMs, reasoning models, machine learning, and function calling models for diverse applications.
• Supporting the roadmap for the integration of speech-to-text capabilities and real-time voice APIs, particularly for telephony systems.
• Collaborating closely with team members to assess and implement innovative AI technologies and tools, ensuring dependable and robust AI systems.
• Engaging in the testing and quality assurance of AI-powered systems to guarantee accurate and efficient functionality.
• Overseeing and maintaining AI agents across different platforms to ensure their effective operation and ongoing enhancement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI chatbots, especially in customer service or support environments (billing, sales, technical support).
• Strong expertise in automation tools and techniques, with real-world examples of addressing and resolving automation challenges.
• Knowledge of machine learning models, particularly LLMs and reasoning models.
• Practical experience with OpenAI or comparable AI models (ChatGPT, Mistral, etc.).
• Experience with APIs in OpenAI and other AI models for constructing large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with frameworks for large-scale AI initiatives and effectively managing AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or similar testing frameworks.
• Understanding of voice technologies and APIs, including experience with OpenAI’s real-time API (or willingness to learn and explore these technologies).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, particularly with a focus on integrating new features such as speech-to-text functionality.
