AI Engineering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term architectural vision and AI engineering standards for high-criticality systemic products.

• Spearhead the advocacy, design, and organization of a collaborative ecosystem for native AI development, incorporating scalable methodologies for SDD (Spec-Driven Development), Intent Development, and Harness Engineering.

• Oversee the technical and economic governance of AI models, ensuring a balance between token costs, latency, security (corporate guardrails), and data privacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in generative AI, large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc., virtual assistant development, and natural language processing (NLP).

• Practical experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG (including GraphRAG), prompt engineering, and context engineering.

• Experience in orchestrating agents with code-first frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Strands, CrewAI, Autogen, or similar), creating multi-step/multi-agent workflows with function calling and structured outputs.

• Strong backend development skills (Python or equivalent), familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, AWS cloud governance (ECS, security, observability), and advanced model benchmarking/monitoring.

• Experience in designing and developing internal AI engineering frameworks, libraries, or platforms for utilization by other teams.

• Expertise in code-agent-assisted workflows, standardizing Agent Skills, SDD (Spec-Driven Development), and Intent Development as robust architectural contracts interpretable by autonomous agents.

• Capability to design platform-level Harness Engineering infrastructures, including CI/CD pipelines for the continuous semantic validation of coding agents.
