📋 Description

• Take charge of an AI engineering project from start to finish: comprehend the issue, create a functional version, deploy it to users, and refine it based on their feedback.

• Develop code that is both clear and maintainable.

• Consistently showcase your work to product, engineering, and business teams.

• Engage with individuals whose roles are influenced by the tool, and observe their workflows.

• Convert business requirements into actionable engineering tasks.

• Utilize agentic AI tools like Claude Code as your primary development workflow.

• Assess the effectiveness of AI coding tools and identify areas where they may yield subpar results.

• Explore new AI tools and document your findings, including any setbacks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Practical experience using at least one AI coding agent to create a project, whether it's a class assignment, personal project, or hackathon submission.

• Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, or a comparable programming language.

• Comfortable using a terminal; should not require a GUI for version control with git.

• Capable of acquiring knowledge of new tools through reading documentation and hands-on experimentation.

• Preferred: Experience in web development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any modern framework.

• Preferred: Understanding of the internal workings of LLMs.

• Preferred: Experience in developing applications utilized by other individuals.
