AI Engineer – Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Create AI agents and automate workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

• Design and implement production-ready low-code solutions aligned with business needs.

• Set up prompts, agent functionalities, and orchestration logic.

• Work collaboratively with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and QA Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in unit and integration testing prior to production deployment.

• Develop technical documentation and transition solutions to support teams.

• Continuously enhance reusable components for upcoming AI applications.

• Engage with a cross-functional Delivery Pod within a newly formed AI Factory.

• Deliver enterprise-level AI and automation solutions that revolutionize business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or other enterprise low-code / AI platforms.

• Practical experience in constructing automation workflows and AI-driven solutions.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent setup.

• Strong skills in debugging and testing.

• Experience in Agile, pod-based, or squad-based project teams.

• Capability to create clear technical documentation and handover materials.

• Familiarity with AI governance or responsible AI practices is a plus.

• Experience in integrating enterprise applications and data sources is a plus.

• Awareness of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.

• Experience in enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
