AI Engineer – IRS MBI Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI/ML projects

• Guide and support junior team members

• Implement models in a production environment

• Work collaboratively across various functions

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in software/ML engineering

• Proven history of managing end-to-end AI/ML projects

• Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, cloud services)

• Experience in building data pipelines

• Practical experience in deploying models to production environments

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to collaborate across different teams

• Strong critical thinking abilities

• Bonus/Preferred: Background in LLMs, generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), contributions to open-source projects, or specialized knowledge in finance, healthcare, or recommendation systems.
