AI Engineer – ICAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for researching, designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that enhance Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities.

• Work collaboratively with identity architects, cybersecurity engineers, data analysts, software developers, and mission stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities where AI can enhance identity analytics, access governance, operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and decision support.

• Assist in the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from concept development and experimentation to production implementation and sustainment.

• Analyze extensive volumes of authentication, authorization, audit, entitlement, and access governance data to uncover trends, risks, and actionable insights.

• Partner with engineers and architects to incorporate AI capabilities into existing ICAM platforms and enterprise services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.

• An active Secret security clearance is mandatory.

• An active CompTIA Security+ certification or a higher credential is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, advanced analytics, or software engineering is necessary.

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks is essential.

• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or equivalent technologies is required.

• Experience in developing and implementing Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures is necessary.

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval technologies is required.

• A proven track record of supporting enterprise IT customers, preferably within DoD or Federal Government environments.
