AI Engineer, Entry-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI agents for both internal applications and customer-facing scenarios.

• Conduct experiments with cutting-edge and open-source models (such as Claude, GPT-based models, and new frameworks).

• Quickly prototype concepts, evaluate performance, and refine based on findings.

• Connect AI models with APIs, workflows, and business systems.

• Investigate and utilize new AI tools, libraries, and agent frameworks as they become available.

• Partner with teams to discover areas where AI can enhance efficiency or automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (either completed or currently pursuing).

• Proficient programming skills, especially in Python.

• Experience with APIs and fundamental backend integration.

• Proven enthusiasm for AI/ML demonstrated through personal projects, experiments, or academic coursework.

• Strong sense of ownership — capable of tackling ambiguous challenges and independently developing solutions.

• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with little structure.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a mindset geared towards experimentation.

• Nice to Have: Experience in creating personal AI projects, bots, or automation tools.

• Knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment tools.

• GitHub portfolio or active projects showcasing your work.
