This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI applications utilizing Python, C#, and Microsoft Azure.

• Construct and sustain enterprise applications powered by AI and their corresponding backend services.

• Incorporate Large Language Models and generative AI features into business process workflows.

• Create and enhance RAG pipelines that connect LLMs with enterprise knowledge bases as well as structured and unstructured data.

• Deploy AI agents, tool-calling functionalities, and orchestrated workflows to automate intricate business tasks.

• Design and create secure REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI, C#, and .NET technologies.

• Build, containerize, and deploy cloud applications leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Blob Storage, Container Apps, AKS, and CI/CD automation.

• Assess AI outputs, enhance retrieval quality, resolve issues, and optimize latency, reliability, and cloud resource usage.

• Collaborate with AI architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to transform architectural designs into dependable deliverables.

• Extensive professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Python and C#.

• Practical experience in developing REST APIs, backend services, and microservices architectures.

• Strong background in cloud-based development and containerized deployments, ideally on Microsoft Azure.

• Proven expertise in generative AI, LLM integration, and frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.

• Hands-on knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, vector search, and data retrieval pipelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding standards.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity to work independently.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is essential.

• Candidates must be located in Latin America.

• Familiarity with frontend development and UI integration using React and TypeScript is a plus.
