• Design and construct RAG and automation workflows within our VPC environment.
• Develop integrations among engineering, communication, and knowledge-management systems (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Drive, Git).
• Create AI-driven pipelines for code quality assessments, ticket auto-classification, documentation updates, release notes, and meeting summaries.
• Engage in prompt engineering, model selection and routing (Haiku / Sonnet / Opus), and workflow enhancement.
• Establish evaluation and regression frameworks for AI workflows to avert model-upgrade regressions.
• Design lightweight dashboards for engineering leads to highlight delivery patterns and identify bottlenecks.
• Take ownership of initiatives from beginning to end: scope → design → ship → measure → iterate.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Python (services, async, API integrations, clean and testable code).
• Practical experience with LLM APIs in production: Anthropic Claude (Opus/Sonnet/Haiku), OpenAI, AWS Bedrock.
• Strong comprehension of RAG systems: chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking, grounding/citations.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool/function invocation.
• Familiarity with evaluation/regression frameworks: Promptfoo, Ragas, LangSmith, or custom evaluation harnesses.
• Knowledge of agentic patterns: ReAct, function-calling loops, fallbacks.
• Experience with vector databases: pgvector, Pinecone.
• Proficiency in workflow orchestration: n8n, Airflow, or custom orchestration systems.
• Understanding of observability: token-spend tracing, latency monitoring, model routing.
• Solid grounding in AWS fundamentals: IAM, Lambda, S3, CloudTrail — capable of deploying within VPC environments independently.
• Experience with CI/CD and pipeline hooks (GitLab/GitHub), webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Basic SQL skills for analytical queries and metrics dashboards.
• Proactive mindset: identifies high-leverage opportunities and drives them to production.
• Proficient in English at a B2 level.
• 20 paid vacation days, 15 sick days, and 6 additional days off for family events.
• Up to 10 additional days off for public holidays.
• 100% coverage for medical insurance.

• Involvement in social initiatives supporting Ukraine.
• Comfortable working environment: work from our Kyiv hub or remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Provision of modern equipment or depreciation for your own tools.
• Investment in your future: collaborate with a skilled team of Middle & Senior professionals, sharing practical cases and expertise in the social networking niche.
• 70% of our heads and leads have advanced in their roles here – you can too!
• Performance-oriented reviews and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Reimbursement for professional courses and English classes.
• Access to a corporate library, book club, and knowledge-sharing events.
