AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create, refine, and deploy cutting-edge NLP models utilizing transformer architectures.

• Write robust, production-level code using PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Develop and construct RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent technologies.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide NLP solutions.

• Enhance model performance and scalability in production while ensuring reliability and efficiency.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and improve NLP models that are deployed in production.

• Keep abreast of advancements in NLP and machine learning, implementing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in developing NLP models.

• Strong grasp of language modeling and transformer architectures.

• Proficient in Python, Java, or C++.

• Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or comparable web frameworks.

• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Crew AI.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• A PhD in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is advantageous.

• Relevant industry experience in Artificial Intelligence projects is beneficial.

• A history of publishing scientific papers in prominent conferences and journals is a plus.

• Experience with distributed training and low-rank adaptation.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge in deep learning, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
