This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the core intelligence driving Summy AI Copilot, transforming features from initial concept to full production rollout.
• Design and create robust multi-turn AI agents that excel in complex reasoning, context retention, and autonomous actions.
• Develop hybrid retrieval pipelines utilizing dense retrieval, BM25, reranking, and semantic layers to manage sensitive compliance data and business glossaries.
• Construct and enhance secure Text-to-SQL pipelines featuring permission-aware access control, execution previews, and safety measures.
• Establish tracing, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines to assess quality, latency, and token costs.
• Begin with solid baselines and progressively increase complexity based on production metrics and A/B testing results.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software, Data, or ML Engineering.
• At least 1.5 years specifically dedicated to developing and deploying production-grade GenAI/LLM systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of LLMs.
• Experience in structured extraction, tool invocation, and cost-sensitive routing.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with data infrastructure tools like BigQuery, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Practical experience with agentic orchestration utilizing LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant or equivalent.
• Knowledge of modern LLM APIs, including Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI.
• Experience in developing production-ready microservices using FastAPI.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment on platforms such as GCP or AWS, along with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Preferred: Experience with Text-to-SQL agents or self-service data analytics tools.
• Preferred: Background in classical NLP, traditional MLOps, or large-scale data engineering.
• Preferred: Familiarity with compliance, anti-fraud, KYC/AML, or fintech sectors.
