This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Engage in research and development initiatives for AI-powered documentation solutions.
• Assume responsibility for features from initial concept through to implementation and deployment.
• Create and sustain backend services and REST APIs utilizing Python and contemporary async frameworks.
• Incorporate AI functionalities and agent-based workflows into current platforms and services.
• Collaborate on frontend development using React, TypeScript, and Vite as needed.
• Work with LLM orchestration frameworks and AI tooling integrations.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability.
• Partner with AI engineers, frontend developers, product managers, and designers.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinements, demos, and stand-ups.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Continually assess and embrace emerging AI technologies and engineering best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and async web frameworks like FastAPI.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in building and maintaining REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience in writing automated tests using frameworks such as pytest or Playwright.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.
• Strong Git skills and experience in code-review-centric environments.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with AI tool integration protocols and agentic workflows is advantageous.
• Experience with Helm is a plus.
• Knowledge of observability tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or CloudWatch is a plus.
• Experience integrating enterprise authentication systems such as OAuth2/OIDC or Keycloak is a plus.
• Background in developing editor or IDE extensions is a plus.
• Utilization of AI coding assistants in daily development workflows is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-native distributed systems is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-assisted developer tooling is a plus.
• Contribution to architectural decisions is a plus.
• Understanding of documentation tooling ecosystems is a plus.
