This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop autonomous AI agents that evaluate infrastructure in real-time and make informed decisions.
• Design multi-agent systems for troubleshooting, optimization, FinOps, and various practical applications.
• Safely implement LLM capabilities such as tool usage, memory management, and retrieval in a production environment.
• Develop MCPs that provide ScaleOps functionalities to AI agents.
• Establish integrations with platforms like Slack, Jira, Cursor, Windsurf, and other AI-enhanced IDEs.
• Construct and deploy machine learning models for detecting infrastructure policies, forecasting scaling needs, and recommending GPU configurations.
• Manage the entire ML pipeline from the training phase to production deployment.
• Create internal AI tools to support engineering, development, research, and customer support.
• Develop AI-driven tools for Sales and Support teams, including reports on infrastructure analysis and cost optimization.
• Oversee AI systems from initial concept to production, focusing on achieving sub-2-second response times, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and enforce security measures.
• Define the AI architecture and best practices as a key member of the AI team.
• Make informed technical decisions regarding frameworks, multi-agent systems, and data governance.
• Extensive software engineering experience, typically 4+ years.
• Proficient in Python with a solid foundation in backend engineering principles.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing production systems within cloud environments.
• Practical knowledge of deploying LLM-based systems in production, addressing latency, cost management, and potential failure scenarios.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain and MetaGPT.
• Understanding of evaluation frameworks.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Experience with structured or operational data, such as configurations, logs, and metrics.
• Familiarity with retrieval systems (RAG) or vector databases is a plus.
