AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop software in the fields of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI

• Collaborate with the team on innovative and technologically advanced projects

• Gather and analyze business requirements

• Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in software development

• Strong knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript

• Experience in developing applications based on LLM, Generative AI, and Agentic AI

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, or equivalents

• Experience in designing and implementing RAG solutions and utilizing Vector Databases

• Experience in developing chatbots and/or voicebots, with knowledge of STT/TTS technologies

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into concrete AI solutions

• Good knowledge of both Italian and English

• Plus: Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD, and model monitoring

• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong orientation towards innovation and customer experience.
