AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and construct full-stack, enterprise-level platforms utilizing reusable and modular agentic workflow patterns.

• Convert inputs from internal product teams into scalable, AI-driven workflows and services.

• Create and implement agentic workflows, encompassing task decomposition and agent orchestration.

• Utilize enterprise integration patterns to link AI workflows with internal platforms and external systems.

• Mentor and oversee coding assistants and AI agents to expedite delivery.

• Design and manage event-driven architectures by leveraging AWS native services.

• Develop secure Python back-end services for AI agents and enterprise integrations.

• Create React-based front-end applications that support intricate user workflows.

• Construct and manage multi-tenant architectures ensuring security and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in AI Engineering or related disciplines.

• In-depth understanding of agentic workflow patterns and multi-agent orchestration.

• Strong expertise in Python, with practical experience in developing AI agents and workflow systems.

• Extensive experience supervising coding assistants like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude in production settings.

• Profound knowledge of enterprise integration patterns.

• Advanced experience in building React web applications.

• Expert-level familiarity with AWS, including services such as DynamoDB and EventBridge.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and operating multi-tenant platforms.

• Background in Life Sciences or Healthcare is advantageous.

• Knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards is a plus.
