AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and agentic architectures.

• Design intelligent systems capable of processing documents, retrieving knowledge, generating content, automating workflows, and converting unstructured data into actionable insights.

• Utilize contemporary GenAI and AI engineering tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, PyTorch, MCP, multi-agent frameworks, and cloud-native AI services.

• Construct scalable and reliable AI applications on platforms like Azure, AWS, Databricks, or other similar cloud/data solutions.

• Conduct experiments and assess foundation models, prompts, retrieval strategies, orchestration patterns, and performance enhancement techniques.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, data, and business teams to establish the appropriate technical strategy and deliver impactful AI solutions.

• Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape and introduce new ideas, tools, and prototypes to practical applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or AI engineering, along with hands-on involvement in production-scale solutions.

• A profound interest and practical knowledge of Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, vector search, embeddings, agents, and AI workflow orchestration.

• Proficient in Python with experience using modern ML/AI frameworks and libraries.

• Familiarity with building solutions on cloud or data platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or similar.

• A robust understanding of data science, experimentation, statistical reasoning, or applied machine learning.

• Capability to work with both structured and unstructured data, such as text, documents, images, emails, spreadsheets, or other complex data formats.

• A builder mindset: inquisitive, hands-on, adaptable, and enthusiastic about engaging with emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
