• Develop features aimed at analyzing traces, assessing agent behavior, and translating evaluation outcomes into enhancements.

• Conduct experiments utilizing Mastra’s core components.

• Explore the strengths and weaknesses of these components.

• Enhance configuration and functionality of the components based on your discoveries.

• Transform evaluation efforts into tools that developers can integrate into their applications.

• Collaborate on features such as trace intelligence, agent learning, auto-evaluations, recommendations, and rollouts.

• Proficient in benchmarking results against existing datasets or creating datasets intelligently.
