AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop the Journey 1 AI agent utilizing Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.

• Create and execute state machines, prompts, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms according to the established conversation design.

• Connect the agent with the mini-orchestrator platform and OTP verification process.

• Link AI agents with external systems and APIs using tool-calling functionalities.

• Oversee system and integration testing activities.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address any identified defects.

• Ensure the agent operates reliably through validation, error management, and fallback strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in creating LLM-based conversational agents using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.

• Demonstrated expertise in Prompt Engineering, guardrail design, and fallback strategies.

• Experience in integrating AI agents with external APIs via tool-calling frameworks.

• Strong grasp of conversational AI architecture and orchestration patterns.

• Background in designing customer-facing AI solutions for regulated environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic project setting.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) or above.

• Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or other regulated sectors (preferred).

• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (preferred).

• Understanding of AI testing, evaluation, and quality assurance practices (preferred).
