AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.

• Create, assess, and sustain a streamlined generative pipeline that processes user queries/prompts in natural language, manages real-time prompt orchestration to safely generate SQL, extracts necessary insights, and converts raw datasets into clear, actionable, human-readable responses.

• Analyze business processes to identify areas where generative AI and autonomous agents can enhance efficiency, decision-making, and customer outcomes.

• Construct multi-agent and agentic workflows using contemporary frameworks.

• Develop AI systems that proficiently leverage tools, APIs, enterprise data sources, and external services to execute complex tasks.

• Apply prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, observability, and governance practices for production-ready AI applications.

• Build and refine RAG pipelines, vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and semantic search functionalities.

• Evaluate emerging AI models and technologies to identify the most effective and cost-efficient solutions for client requirements.

• Incorporate AI capabilities into enterprise software ecosystems, cloud platforms, and business workflows.

• Design and execute AI monitoring, testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement protocols.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver AI-driven solutions.

• Present AI concepts, recommendations, architectures, and implementation strategies to both technical and executive audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience in developing AI applications using contemporary AI and machine learning frameworks.

• Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval technologies.

• Experience in implementing APIs, microservices, and cloud-native AI solutions.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and AI safety considerations.

• Strong problem-solving, systems-thinking, and analytical abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related scientific field.

• At least seven (7) years of experience in data science within a corporate environment.

• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain Secret Clearance (this requires U.S. Citizenship).
