This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Design and implement AI/ML models and solutions to enhance healthcare data initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful deployment of AI/ML technologies.
• Evaluate and interpret intricate healthcare data to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and guidelines concerning data utilization.
• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Analytics.
• More than 3 years of practical experience with healthcare data.
• Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, analytics, and best practices in data engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, and data security/compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting large-scale healthcare or public sector projects is preferred.
• Possession of Public Trust clearance or the capability to obtain one is advantageous.
