AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify business challenges prior to developing solutions.

• Take full ownership of AI initiatives from the initial stakeholder engagement and technical design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing iteration.

• Rapidly design, develop, and deliver AI-driven solutions.

• Enhance organizational efficiency by creating solutions that alleviate bottlenecks.

• Incorporate AI functionalities into current systems and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various functions.

• Establish and monitor success through business metrics and feedback mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in at least one modern scripting language (such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent).

• Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration methodologies.

• Extensive practical experience with contemporary AI technologies.

• Knowledge of model selection and balancing cost-performance trade-offs.

• Familiarity with the ecosystem of enterprise business systems, including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), and support platforms (Zendesk).

• Capability to define MVPs, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results iteratively.

• Experience in mentoring or leading technical projects involving junior engineers.
