This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions aimed at modernizing and enhancing operations.
• Advance and develop AI capabilities across various USPS business functions.
• Create tools that automate the generation of requirements and test cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with current automation frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into enterprise workflows.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts effectively.
• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to USPS security, compliance, and execution standards.
• Provide training to designated team members for the maintenance and operation of AI-driven tools and scripts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a strong emphasis on mathematics, or four additional years of pertinent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in contributing to or leading AI/automation projects.
• Extensive knowledge of agentic AI, including familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and automation workflows.
• A solid mathematical foundation in algebra, statistics, calculus, or related fields applicable to AI/ML model development.
• Practical experience in developing, training, and assessing AI or ML models.
• Experience applying machine learning techniques to tackle real-world business or operational issues.
• Proficient in developing AI solutions using Python, Visual Studio Code, and other relevant programming or scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLM integration, and contemporary AI frameworks.
