This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation platforms for HR.

• Create AI applications.

• Prepare and transform data for use.

• Integrate various enterprise systems.

• Conduct solution testing.

• Aid in deployment and monitoring activities.

• Contribute to AI governance and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams within an Agile delivery framework.

• Fundamental knowledge of the AI solution lifecycle, encompassing development, integration, deployment, governance, and continuous enhancement.

• Capability to assist in the development of AI applications.

• Proficiency in preparing and transforming data.

• Skill in integrating enterprise systems.

• Competence in testing solutions.

• Ability to support deployment and monitoring efforts.

• Capacity to collaborate closely with AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams.

• Proficiency in working within an Agile delivery environment.
