AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and evaluate automation workflows and AI agents based on approved functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Generate low-code solutions utilizing platforms like Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, as well as traditional automation development as needed.

• Adjust and optimize AI agent behavior, prompts, and orchestration logic for applications such as invoice reconciliation and prioritized opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Data Engineer and Solution Architect to ensure that data flows, integrations, and exception handling are solid before release.

• Assist with unit and integration testing prior to formal QA approval.

• Prepare solutions for deployment and facilitate the transition into the Monitoring phase, including the creation of handover documentation.

• Contribute build effort and defect information back into the COE methodology's Automation Assessment and Time and Capacity components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with automation platforms, low-code tools, and AI or agentic configurations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, or similar enterprise low-code and agentic platforms.

• Understanding of prompt design, agent orchestration, and AI governance guardrails in an enterprise context.

• Strong skills in debugging and testing practices.

• Comfortable adhering to specified acceptance criteria and QA checkpoints.

• Experience delivering projects within a pod-based or squad-based delivery model, managing multiple concurrent use cases.

• Capability to produce clear technical handover documentation for downstream support and monitoring teams.
