AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems and Agentic AI platforms for client projects.

• Create RAG pipelines, integrate and enhance LLMs, and develop production-ready AI solutions.

• Construct scalable cloud-based AI solutions primarily utilizing Microsoft Azure, along with expertise in AWS and GCP.

• Code in Python and SQL, design REST APIs and microservices, and apply MLOps best practices.

• Engage in discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and delivery presentations.

• Simplify complex technical ideas into understandable business terminology.

• Collaborate with advisory teams to provide measurable client value and achieve business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical AI/ML engineering experience with production-level AI implementations.

• Proven experience in building Agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI.

• Strong expertise in production LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and model integration.

• Practical experience with Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI Service.

• Familiarity with AWS and GCP.

• Proficient in Python and SQL.

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB.

• Background in working with REST APIs and microservices.

• Demonstrated ability to interact directly with clients, present solutions, facilitate sessions, and foster trust.

• Strong communication skills to explain intricate AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with Anthropic Claude is preferred.
