AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain AI solutions leveraging Machine Learning and Generative AI methodologies

• Create and enhance applications based on LLM technology

• Develop and refine RAG pipelines

• Utilize vector databases to facilitate semantic search

• Create integrations using MCP to link AI systems

• Train, assess, and implement ML models

• Assist in API development and the integration of AI functionalities

• Aid in the deployment, monitoring, and enhancement of AI services

• Establish guardrails, validation, and monitoring frameworks

• Deploy, configure, and manage AI workloads within cloud services

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide solutions

• Remain informed about advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Python programming

• Practical experience in constructing and deploying Machine Learning models

• Real-world experience with LLM-based applications

• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain

• Experience in designing or implementing RAG pipelines

• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate

• Solid understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and information retrieval principles

• Experience with MCP or similar tool-integration methodologies

• Practical experience in deploying and managing AI/ML services on cloud platforms

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and/or on-premise deployment strategies

• Understanding of logging, monitoring, and observability basics

• Strong communication skills
